CDA WC360 , error code wont clear, pump is working.

Hi.
This appliance is a puzzle.
Cleaned filterz, they werent blocked anyway.
CLeaned spary arm. Not blocked.
water is NOT pooling at thebottom of the machime as pump appears to be functioning.
I have poured hot water into drain area and it is being drained.

The machine seems to be stuck on the error cycle and only starts to drain and then stop.

I have phoned CDA they mentioned tablets being the problem as they couldnt diagnose the issue on yhe phone. ????
Sound like pure mince, as we say in Glasgow.
