CDA WC370IN cant select programme

HI all

so I have moved house and it has a built in dishwasher a cda WC370IN

the prep owner mentioned that it would only work in programme 7,

however now i have moved in it will not select any programme at all

just has 2 dashes when powered on, i have tried resetting pressing everything unplugging nothing works

looks like the PCB is playing up, I’m competent enough to swap a pcb out my issue is this machine has 2 boards

a main power board and a 2nd sister board with the programmes on etc
my issue is knowing which board is at fault

i have tested the button on the board that selects the programmes and it seems fine so its not the switch,

anyone know which board its likely to be id take a guess at the sister programme board but want to be sure before buying

the programme board is about 35 quid the other is about £80 so would rather not buy both if i don’t have to
