Hi, my CDA FWC303 wine fridge is knackered. The compressor doesn’t start and I’ve traced it to the PTC which I plan to replace and have identified the required spare part.

However, the thermal overload protector has a continuity reading of 3.2 ohms between terminals which although still pretty low isn’t below 1 ohm as expected, so I thought I’d replace this at the same time as it’s a nightmare to get to and I only want to do it once. Problem is I can’t find the correct replacement part (CDA don’t offer them as a spare it seems), and I’m unsure of the correct rating.

The compressor is a Jiaxipera MM1060Y, but I can’t find the hp rating. The old overload protector itself isn’t any use either, it has some numbers on it but Google is drawing a blank. Can anyone advise the correct hp rating thermal overload protector I need for this compressor?

Please help, my beer is getting warm (yes I use my wine fridge to store beer).
