CDW Dishwasher – door latch won’t lock

I have a CDW CW494 integrated Dishwasher. When I close the door the dishwasher starts but the door immediately pops open and won’t lock shut, so it stops. Any thoughts on this? This started happening after I did a cleaning cycle with standard Finish dishwasher cleaner. I have reset by holding button in and checked all the filters and checked there’s no obstructions.

does the door seem to be hard to close the last 20mm or so

check the baskets. is the top one all the way back. sometimes as the rails wear the basket is not quite inline and does not go all the way in

the bottom basket will only fit 1 way round
