Well, after the discussion that we had a while back about a charity to support and in keeping with my mantra of seeing things through…

My partner, Tracey (trodger) is dealing with the charity efforts on behalf of UKW. This will include the BBC Children In Need campaign as well as any others, such as Comic Relief so all questions on the project to her.

Fair warning, Tracey is utterly passionate on the subject and it’s not a mere whim to her.

Already we have information enroute regarding corporate stuff to do with this, not that we’re wanting to capitilise on it. Knowing we did a little good for folks worse off than us will do thanks.

Let’s hope we can do a little good while we’re trying to better ourselves.

I nearly posted a massive one then 😯

Let’s not make a song and dance about it as charity does not require recognition as Ken says, it defeats the object in my opinion, suffice to say I’m with “T” (Ken’s affectionate name for his far better half”) on this.

Yep, good plan P, so how do we get it started ? A global body like Oxfam, The Red Cross etc ?

Any help required, gimme a shout please 😀

    Dave.

Nope, the ball is rolling already anyway but it’s easy to add stuff like a “donate” button/link.

But yeah, we’ll keep it low key until we want it in people’s faces. We want all the stuff in place first.

The reason I posted it was to let you all know that I hadn’t forgotten about the notion and that I will keep you all up to speed on it.

    K.
