    Customer says the machine washes fine but can stop mid cycle at no particular point for an hour or so then starts up again and completes ok.

    When paused it is not possible to cancel and the door stays locked.

    Going for a look this afternoon.

    Anyone seen this before?

    Have the pumps got an overheat stat on these?

    Weird fault, but certainly sounds pump related.

    It was the motor overheating and cutting out.

    Not being able to do a reset had me thinking there was more to it than that but the fault was easy to prove and new motor is on its way
