I have been out to one of these this afternoon with the motor completely ripped off the drum.
This one had a new rear half fitted for exactly the same fault in January 2009. 😯
Motor is screwed tightly onto the mounting studs, apart from the machine getting some really heavy usage I cannot think of any other reason why this would happen again in such a short time. 😥

Maybe thats why the rear halves were changed. Either that or you’re just rubbish. 😆

I did wonder if we had had any failures of the later white drums as oppsoed to the earlier grey ones? I have had at least one bearing failure in a white drum but no motor mountings…………………yet.
I’ll treat the second remark with complete disdain. :rolls: 😆
