CI555WH E10

had a customer phone up with an e10 fault
speaking to her it sounds like it may be something to do
with the motor
cannot find anything for e10
any ideas guys

How does your customer know that a CI555WH has an E10 fault, apart from these machines having no digital display and the need to enter diagnostics mode to access the error codes I’m pretty certain that these don’t have E10 as an error code. 😕

The Vestel ISE-5 only goes up to E09 and E10 is not listed as an AW23 (Amica) code either. ❓

good point
she has that as her model number
it is only about 3 to 4 years old so must be an aw23
she said she checked her instructions and it doesn`t have an e10 but she is sure that is what is coming up

she has put it on again and says it is definatly E10

I guess you really need to find out if it is a Vestel or Amica for a start. 😉

sorry
its an ise 5-2
when i got there it is showing e6
she is adamant that it was also showing e10
so have ordered motor + pcb as checked wiring and board but can find nothing faulty
