Had a call a couple of weeks ago to a poor spin complaint. Cleared all the rubbish out of the pump filter and duly charged the customer.
Called back today, says its not much better. The only other thing I could find was the the tiny branch hose which is part of the outlet hose attached to the pump housing was completely blocked. What if any purpose does this little hose serve, is it to prevent airlocks and if so could it lead to poor draining if blocked.
It drained perfectly on test. 😕

Well I would post to say that I have not had a recall since I cleared the small hose but you know that I am tempting fate and would get another call from this customer first thing tomorrow morning. :rolls:
So this post does not really exist, it is a figment of your imagination. 😉
