    Got a ADP8322 Hygena dishwasher to fit heater to it, was asked do i have the Special tool for the clamp band (5031684751150) as the engineer who went today refused to fit heater as need special tool..
    any idea what tool they on about and where to get one from or is the other engineer just being a tool

    Crimp-on rings for the heater. Give him a pair of 90 degree circlip piers.

    just use a normal jubilee clip, saves time messing around with these things. (you can reuse the old clamp band by the way!).

    I always use pliers but insurance company says got use special tool only thing can find isClamping Fastener

    Looks like bit of metal to me cant see how that would work so just gonna use pliers and sod them 😆 long as job completed

    Insurance company telling you what tools to use! never heard of that…
