hi guys got this machine, flashing 13 times. picked up fault code sheet from supplier.sayin f13 is a water supply fault, on none lcd machines an f13 on lcd machines this code means dryer heater senser. is this correct? 😆 ?

f13 on these is a dryer fault, check ntc, heater or blcoked condenser.

not on this hotpoint fault code sheet it aint that only applys to the lcd ev01 evo2 machines 😆 ?

F13 is F13 across the range…wether or not it is a digital display or flashing lights.
Dryer NTC related fault.

Right, I’ve explained it in the other thread, so let’s start again.
A thermistor, or NTC sensor is used to signal the pcb to regulate the temperature. This is not a bi-metallic thermostat. It does not get hot and go click. Remove the device which looks like a thermostat and connect your test meter across the terminals whilst set to the kOhm range. When you warm it up, the resistance through it will fall slowly. If there is no circuit at all, it’s goosed. If the resistance doesn’t change, it’s goosed. If you don’t get similar readings from the connector at the pcb, there is a wiring issue, or the NTC is goosed. If it all checks out, the pcb (being Indesit) is goosed.
F13 is a specific fault, relating to the temperature control circuit. A blown element, a failed safety cut-out or microtemp will not generate a code, you simply won’t get any heat on dry.
I don’t think I can make it any simpler than that.

why do you need “to pick up a fault code sheet” from a supplier when you have them here?

But how handy is that that suppliers are giving out fault code sheets? I wonder who the supplier is? Wouldn’t be eSpares by any chance would it adv? I wonder if you can scan it and send me a copy anyway, my email address is below, just click on it ….tnks! 😀

If you mean THIS post from Gegsy the first list of machine fault codes in that post is for old, pre Indesit corrupted Hotpoint machines going back twenty years or more in some cases. 😉
Both of the two lists below that for EVO 1 & EVO 2 give F13 as NTC related fault.
