Classeq Eco 2 renovation. Advice please!

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a second hand Classeq Eco 208p front loading commercial glass washer with the intention of checking it all worked and reselling it (I got a good price).

So far, all good. Just one hiccup that I need a bit of help with: the glass washer did not come with bottle weights on the detergent and rinse aid hoses. When it is running and filled, water runs out of these two hoses rather than being drawn up.

My thoughts are that it’s either a broken pump or the missing bottle weights have some sort of valve to prevent liquids running back down them. Do you this these bottle weights are essential or merely just weights?

Any thoughts on how I might resolve this issue? Thanks for any advice you guy’s might have and I apologize for my lack of knowledge on the subject!

If its the type with the rotary pumps that squash against a short tube inside,then it may be just that needa replacing,as for the valves,you can use aquarium pump one way valves,cheap at around £4 each or less…

I meant The tubing inside the pump needs replacing,not the pump itself
