    We found a sock in the pump inlet and removed it thinking we had fixed our problem. But now it wont start. Cant work out why…. Please can someone help?

    Please provide more info. The full model (ENr) number for starters would be good. Do the lights show? Does it make any noise at all? Are you certain the baseplate (if it has one) isn’t flooded?

    Thanks. I think perhaps there was water in it as it worked fine the very next day without doing anything. Is there a sensor which cuts off the machine if there is water in the bottom? There is no base plate. Very happy it works now!
