I find when I do bearing changes etc the front of the door seal often ends up with grubby marks from the inside of the cabinet. I’ve found most cleaning materials are not effective for removing such marks but I have a tub of pink paste that does a good job. This stuff is called “So Easy”, manufactured by EMP Howe Products of Leeds. I bought it from a hawker about 5 years ago but the tub is now almost empty and it looks like the manufacturers no longer exist. Can anyone recommend an alternative cleaner for this job?

Clean cellulose thinners on a clean rag will make even a tired and dirty door boot look great. It also removes that green/brown greasy discolouration often seen on the sealing lip of Hotpoint WM boots. 😉 Soak the rag and wipe smoothly over the surface – no effort required!! 😀
