Called out for no dryer heat and and found the stat needed resetting. I went to remove the duct for a clean but found it to be moulded into the tub which makes checking for a blockage impossible. I cleaned it blind as best I could using a flexable rod and a rag, but I was unsure as to how successful or unsuccessful I was, the next few dryer cycles will tell. Has anyone had more experience on these ducts and found a better method of cleaning?
    Regards,
    Mike.

Don’t just clean the duct also check the fan blade on dryer motor isn’t blocked and what I do is take the inlet hose off and use it to wash the fluff away

I like the hose idea, I will give it a try if I get a call back.
    Thanks for the reply.
