Clicking noise from Britannia Extractor fan

Hi All,
Hopefully you can help.
Our Britainnia extractor fan has started making a clicking sound which results in the lights dimming and the fan not properly kicking in. From a variety of Google searches, it seems to be this might be a problem with the circuit board (and possibly a relay). This makes sense, as when I remove the circuit board cover the sound is appreciably louder.
I’ve attached a video to help explain.
Does it makes sense that replacing the PCB will resolve this problem? I can see that there is an equivalent part on this site, which is great, but I dont want to attempt that if this isn’t going to work.
Maybe there is another obvious ‘fix’ that others could advise?

What’s likely failed is one of electrolytic capacitors – probably the one nearest to the relays as its top looks slightly domed in the video.

Would you recommend trying to replace these first then? Or does it mean having to replace the whole board? I can see they are soldered on to the back of the board – so feasible I guess?

Yes, and I’d go for the larger one with the slightly raised top, but you may as well do both while you’re there. If you can use a soldering iron it should be an easy job to replace them.
Note that they are polarity sensitive and must go in the right way around as marked on the board.
