    Hi,
    We have new bosch WM WAN2800GB and the smaller items like socks and underwear are getting caught in the tsg and therefore not getting washed properly. Bosch have been out but can’t find anything wrong with the machine or tsg. Has anybody heard of this problem?

    Ex Hoover expression. Buy a laundry bag and wash small items in that.

    I have suggested that to customer but it didn’t happen with her cheap old machine. She says she shouldn’t have it use bag in new expensive machine.

    I’ve sold a lot of this model & have had a couple of complaints of small things getting caught in the door seal.
    Luckily they accepted my advice to put small bits in a net bag…
