I’ve just kinda sold an ISE, to one of our customers that happens to be a hairdresser’s 😕
Half the guarantee?
Ps. They claim to only use it twice a day for towels, which is pretty remarkable for a hairdresser’s.

What do I tell them?
5 year parts guarantee?
2.5 years guarantee?
No parts guarantee?
6 months labour?

Errr….. nothing.
It offically is 3 month labour and 6 month parts.
But better still, don’t sell a domestic machine to a commercial customer! 😉

😆
While I was there, the customer asked me if I would put the pile of dead dryers in the back-yard for her.
10 year old Hoover vented; dumped!
5 year old Zanussi vented; dumped!
3 year old White Knight condensor; dumped!
6 month old Indesit vented…“No, leave that one, that one works!”
“Really!?!?!?!” 😆
I just persumed…

Hi Paul,
Apologies, I missed this as I’ve been swamped.
TBH the best bet is to call John and see what he wants done on 07979 520916 as he has made arrangements depending on the circumstances.
