    Hi.
24.5 kW (400V) combi steam oven (code 240155 – CZGI – Pordenone, Italy)
No steam being generated – conventional heat only available. No leaks on steam boiler to rear. Is there thermostat that can trip the boiler out?

Also I noticed some damage to the steam control switch at front panel – any ideas where I should look?

    Thanks
    Conor! 🙁

Check for tripped safety thermostat, this can be reset by pushing in small button in centre of stat. 😉

    John,
Is the stat on top of the boiler?

Could be located near the boiler tank or mounted in the area around the tank.
What you are looking for is the capilary wire coming out of the tank and follow that back to the stat body where you should find the reset button.
This sometimes has a black screw-on cover which has to be removed so as you can press the reset.
