    have just bought ELE9181 regulator but the terminals are different how do I know where attach the wires

    If you are replacing the old Diamond H type then you will find that

    Thank you for replying but is all Chinese to me I’m afraid – I have put all the terminals in the same appropriate places but there is a red S1 and a blue S2 wires that don’t have obvious (to me) terminals to go on

    are you sure you have the correct regulator ?


    what is the numbers on the original regulator?

    Well thought we’d fixed it but now the grill fan will not turn off . Could it be a terminal attached in the wrong place . Original regulator was 43ER101C1 5/02 we have fitted a comparable ELE9181 which does not have the same layout to transfer the terminals so it’s a bit hit and miss!

    well you need to message the shop. when I research your original number I get a different regulator so you need to give them the full model of your cooker and the old regulator number to check if its compatible

    also what is the regulator controlling ? and is it single circuit or dual ( dual circuit is where you can turn the regulator left or right on say a grill. turn it one way and half the grill comes on but turn it the other all the grill comes on )

    Hi Dave will do – it should be a dual grill but it is turning on all the grill. Thanks for your help I will message them to find out. kind regards john
