ParticipantLeave all your compliants here. Covers everything. Saves using the wife as a punch bag or kicking the cat 😆 😆
Three jobs this week
1 New stoves oven fan knackered on opening bag, NOT box, 25miles round trip to job, looks like all parts will have to to be examined on delivery 😥
2 Belling cooling fan, motor fitted on wrong side, several mods required to make it fit, covered in grease, so bad I had to wash my tools in the sink. arghhhh 👿
3 Zanussi new cooling fan, motor on wrong side had to modify 30 mins extra
Why can’t manufacturers pack items properly especially at the price they charge, and the bloke who changes the parts to a different spec would do well with a rope over the banister 😆 😆 😆

I can’t believe that there are no posts on this subject 😥

Life is just so good Mal……….
Unlimited supplies of cheap, reliable spares; customers who are in and have even supplied the model number and know where the kettle is. Quality appliances which just slide out on command. Unlimited technical data. All the local speed cameras are broken, there are no roadworks anywhere around. Customers who tell me the bill is too cheap. Tyres that last 100,000 miles on a huge van that never costs anything to go through the MOT and does 60 miles to the gallon on 50p/litre diesel.
No, I’ve nothing to complain about.
Chris.

BSH Appliance Care Ltd need to learn to add packing to their spares parts shipments. Seems they only supply large boxes then put small heavy boxes of spares inside, then leave it to DHL to shake and stir.
Voila! One smashed plastic Pressure Chamber and 2 broken plastic lugs off a decor frame 👿

…some flipping manners!
Whenever I phone them up, they always talk to me like I’m a piece of crud 🙁
And I know if one of my customers has to ring them, the customer will be back on the phone to me 5 minutes later, telling me how unhelpfull and rude BSH are!

The call centre woman I spoke to in Transco was so rude, everything was too much trouble, no wonder people don’t report gas leaks etc
