Is there any way I can force the public to:

A/. Read the announcements and sticky’s (so they post the Make, the Model and their Email address to avoid asking them again for what is already requested in the announcements and sticky’s)

B/. Post in the forums rather than PM me (so that others may see their enquiry and either answer it or learn from it)

c/. Post in the forums rather than reply to my email sending them the diagnostics

I often cut and paste the emails and PM’s in order to address this issue but I’m all for avoiding this extra work.

We all get this and it’s a royal PITA at times.
