Condensation on Norfrost Aura Freezer

Hi there,

There is a lot of condensation on the outside of my Norfrost Aura chest freezer, model number C4BES. It’s an old appliance (>10 years) but is otherwise still working well and sounds fine. Therefore, if there is a fix for the condensation that would be much more preferable than leaving it as it is, or than buying a brand new freezer.

I am guessing it is down to a broken seal…? Can anyone confirm this and if so, suggest where I might get a replacement?

I have searched the forums here and elsewhere on the web but haven’t had any luck, so your help would be appreciated!
