There should always be water in the water tank after a load has been completed. Therefore if it doesn’t then clearly there is a fault somewhere?

Please advise us of the full Model No and the first 2 digits of the Serial No 🙂

The room is very small – make sure that the door is open when appliance is running – this will allow air to circulate more freely. In addition to the checks you have already made, check the channel through the door for excess fluff.
