Hi, I have a hotpoint mistral intelligent care FF72P. The condenser fan won’t work unless I give it a nudge, and then it makes the most awful sound. I thought it may be loose but I can’t see anything. All the screws are tight. But I cannot remove the cowl to look at the whole unit and can’t find any videos on youtube to help.
    I’m hoping someone here can.

Probably needs a new fan but you could try spraying some WD40 on it to see if it helps.

    Thanks Samuri,
I will give that a try although I don’t think it’s sticking. quite the opposite actually, seems quite wobbly on the spindle of the motor. I just can’t get the blooming out because I don’t know how to remove the cowl.
