    customer came in to shop says his hpt dryer is working fine drying clothes but no water goes into tank and there is no water on floor wants to know where the water is going?

    Out the back, and through the water, because it’s a vented dryer?

    it was an old person
    i have not seen the dryer he came in the shop .i said i have not heard of that b4.
    hopefully he’ll not come back
