confidentiality agreement

Hi all
George made a suggestion to me re an agreement that we all sign ,basically it would say ,any voted ,co-opted member of the WTA management team agrees that if they leave they agree not to divulge any information they may have received ,sent or collated in there time on the team .

What do people feel

Well after this episode it can’t be a bad thing, whether it will be worth the paper it’s written on is a different matter.

I agree.

But there also should be a signature on any of the e-mails sent or replied to.

Think its a good idea – not too worried about the legality but at least if the s**t hits the fan you can always indicate that someone has broken an agreement/trust and refer back to it.
