Connect Distribution Collections

Is anyone else having problems with collections from Connect?

We are having problems with them not collecting our parcels for returns, it has taken over a month, probably two now and despite several phone calls & emails they have not even be bothered to reply.

You should ask if anyone not had trouble with connect returns

Useless when it comes to delivering/picking for me.

I never have a problem with returns. Rep normally makes a phone call or turns up every month and takes the stuff away. Account normally credited within a month. If he doesn`t turn up I give him a call on his mobile, problem solved.

I`m just a one man band and I don`t have a shop, so I don`t spend megabucks with them but it`s still worth finding out who your rep is and giving him a call. It saves me a lot of hassle.

If your waiting for a response to an email or phone call, or if you`ve been told “someone will call you back” forget it, because they never do!
