Both me and the customer have spoken to Distriparts and anything genuine they manufacture is guaranteed for 12 months. They want Connect to confirm the DOP and can then help, but will Connect play ball/
If they do a 12 month guarantee why don’t Connect give it too.
They have already lost £450 of orders from me in 3 weeks. Doubt they will care though.

after finding out the prices of distriparts direct from elux, that are s/o from connect, it surprised me hugely. one phone call to distriparts later and a 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off all online prices for non-registered trade. 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} if i register as trade (when paperwork comes thru)

connects response? if its special order its because we dont get asked for the spares more than 4x a month (once a week i guess). but when joe public can buy it for less inc delivery direct than we can get it net from connect with a 2 week wait… is it no wonder??? i wouldnt whinge but we were one of the first 5000 to sign up to connect and regularly have a £90 order 3x a week, and our connect sales rep has fkd off to a better job in their hierarchy to get more large scale contracts. but havent seen a replacement in almost a year. bring back terry b !!!
