Connections Bulliten board

Have noticed a few times recently when looking up parts on connections that it mentions a tech note on “the connections bulliten board”. can I find it? Yeah I know, I should ask them really…..
for example, look up hpt1604781 (yeah I know what the bulliten will say….)

I think you only have access to this if you do thier repair work via the repaircare tab on the menu bar.
