    Is anyone experiencing difficulty with the Connect off line software ?
    Ours has the last couple of days started to refuse to show pictures and schematics with a message that Images Are Temporarily Unavailable in Mediator. On Line Mediator works fine but not the DVD stored on our servers.

    When you click on any part you get a dialogue box stating Part Not Found !

    CONNECT I T DEPT TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PHASE OUT THE DVD SO I NEVER USE IT ANY MORE.

    This they are, however I am reliably informed that a NEW DVD of Connections is due for release in about six weeks time !

    We have laptops in the field so we can access all information whislt doing the jobs as opposed to having to return to base for such matters. Mobile wi-fi is too expensive at the moment to consider using it for a fast connection live to the Connect site or our own servers, so connect should consider the field staff and companies who operate this way.

    we will have to await developments
