There still seems to be less models covered by the new Mediator system than they had before, for other models it just lists “all parts”.

I agree Phidom but at least the pictures are quicker to load and easier to see now that they are not using Java 😉

Hi deltra
I found this on Connect`s repaircare forum. It may help 😉

(Connect I.T) We have been asked if we can go back to the old way of using Mediator?
If you preferred the old way the quickest answer we can give is, if you go into “mysettings/manage users” click on the user you want to change and go down to the “Display Options”. Put a tick in Exploded Part Diagrams,
Then when using the system use the “brand” button on the left hand side, this will look and feel similar to the old way.Hope this helps

Looks like I’ve still got the old one. Am I missing anything? (that I wasn’t already)

The only time I saw the rep I was hanging off a ladder painting the gutter above the shop on a day off. That was three years ago……I’m not a very good painter 😉

I’ve been asking since Christmas to be set up on the new site because i want to enable direct delivery. Not seen a rep for 4 years! Nuff said.
