    have you tried calling your rep. ours set us up over the phone. easy to set up. not so easy to get used to 😯

    yes i did speak to my rep. He covers wales and I live in Lincolnshire! They decided to keep him on my account when I moved so i’m now even more unlikely to see him. They said they would do it by phone to make it easier but then changed their minds and said he would have to visit but I gave up ringing to ask it to be set up. One day maybe!

    I bumped in to my rep a couple of weeks ago at a wholesalers and he told me to log in to the old site with: my first name@ac number then password: connect. Once logged on then change PW.

    Under your account settings, you need to make sure that the check box for exploded diagrams is selected. Then you go in by brand and it there is a diagram available, it will bring it up straight away.
