constructa vibration

hi everybody
i have a problem
i replace a bearings in constructa open from up
you can choose spin 500 or 800 rpm
i dont know the model
its open only from the side of the belt wheel
in the spin the machoine has vibration very hard
i replace the shox and its continue
what can i do more ?
the costumer wants to kill me !!!

Are the concrete weights loose? They will make a terrible hammering noise on spin.

Sounds like a Philips top loader type from the description.
Have you checked for loose balance weights? Or loose motor mounts? Or is it just on a bouncy (wooden?) floor? Or it could be drum shaft fracture I suppose.

someone told me that its the seal between the door and tub
its too much hard and its a known problem in that machine
i will try a new one and tell you

so i replace the seat between the door to the tub
and now the machine is great
i heard this problem is known in germany machine .

Just a thought for the future, Baridan. Your machines have different names and model numbers which we may not recognise. A picture will help us to help you.
