I have just tried to ring ISE on 08452261268 but get a message that the phones can’t be answered. I need to check on an outstanding part ASAP, is there another number I can use?

Yeah we’ve moved to email only for the moment I’m afraid, unavoidable due to circumstances.
David knows about the hose though and will come back to you this morning.
