Continue water inflow

I have a Servis washing machine. When switched off there is still water coming into the machine. The only way I can stop it is by turning off the stock cock to the washing machine. Any ideas as to what it could be and how to fix it.

Hi

You have a hot and a cold fill valve, you just need to identify which one is faulty.

Dave in the shop should be able to supply either for you. Send an email to him at spares@whitegoods.co.uk he will be able to sort for you.

Valves are just under the lid on the end of the fill hose 😉

Thanks for all your help, the part is on order and I will let you know what happens. Going to try fitting it myself (first time for everything).
