continuous end of cycle bleeping

I have a IGNIS ADL347 dishwasher. I put it on last night but after a few minutes the end of cycle beeping noise started. I have turned the machine off but when it is turned back on and the door is closed the noise continues, and the cycle isn’t moving forward. Any ideas?

in the bottom of most dishwashers is a float sensor that if the machine has water in the bottom then the sensor kicks in and stops the machine doing anything. pull the machine and tip it backwards (there maybe water when doing this) and then stand it back up… try starting the machine and see if the machine starts working, if it does then you have a leak coming from somewhere.
