Good morning all, I am a retired ex Serviceforce engineer who served the west coast of Scotland for a number of years and retired over 8 years ago and obviously have no access to electrolux data, etc. I have my own AEG induction cooker and it has developed a fault and I wondered if their were any service force engineers on here who would be willing to help me with my problem. I did try contacting Electrolux direct but they wouldn’t or could’nt assist me. I’d be most grateful. Regards

Hi Dave, thank you so much for your reply. I have AEG 50cm induction cooker, pnc 94326596602 and the front r/h ring showed E3 but still everything worked then the whole top stopped working altogether. From my days I know they are split into two boards each board driving 2 rings but in this case they both stopped. I opened it up and there is supply voltage to both boards but nothing from them. The display still registers 0 to 9 on each ring if I turn the knobs. Due to the fact that both boards were off I thought it might be the control board, I sourced one and changed that and lo and behold the thing worked then the 2 rear rings showed E and then the whole thing went off again. Baffling, so any help would be appreciated in the form of advice, service data or whatever. Thank you in advance.
