    I think the brand name is “Cookers” in which case it’s a Nardi.

    Is the block in a sort of case pup with a fold down lid cover on the outside rear or inside the cooker ?

    In that case it should be part number 040408009901R which you can get from Caremark on 0870 7502435 or Woz may be able to advise on alternative supplies 😉
