We are looking for a cooker hood to fit in an inglenook over an 1100mm cooker. We need to put the grease filters inside the inglenook, below 2 RSJs and put the fan and external extraction above the RSJs. Is it possible to either split a standard unit in this way or buy the parts separately and make my own?

    Re: cooker hood

Without seeing a photo of the potential installation area I would say the answer is NO 🙁

Commercial grease filters are available to suit all areas such as your “inglenook” though and could be an option.

Attach a photo or a clearer description of your intentions though would be favourite 🙂
