cooker hood extracter covering

I have have recently brought a new kitchen and didnt have all the bits with it, i have tried e-mailing the company for severl months now with no reply, i have a necht cooker hood 600 glass round covering, but i only have one half of the covering which is suppose to go from the hood to the cealing, but mine stops half way exposing the ducting and hole in the cealing, can anyone suggest where i can buy a 600 round covering from without having to buy a new cooker hood

Hi maggsy,

I’m afraid that you will struggle with that as if I recall correctly Necht is sold by Rock Solid Kitchens which a quick Google (or even a search on here) will make the position pretty clear.

Basically, there’s little to no support and we’ve virtually no information on these appliances I’m afraid. 🙁
