    bought lacanche duel fuel range cooker september secondry termanal box burnt out xmas day still under warranty complained still not fixed what would you do now if you were me?

    Contact the manufacturers OR their agents and find out what is being done, why the delay etc etc?

    The supplier has a responsibilty for your product and you should contact them and complain also!

    contacted suppliers first excuse xmas holidays contacted importers supposed to be sending spare part over a week has gone by
