customer returns a fridge to us with a fault and we just get given the run around by coolzone customer service,this ain’t the first time it has happened and makes me wonder if should stock this product in future.
I got the impression from the engineer who called to look at the fridge that it was a write off but every time we phoned to chase progress we were told they were still waiting for spares.
