cost installing dryer vent?

hi all, i wondered if anyone knows approximately how much it would cost to install a tumble dryer vent through a brick wall and who would be the best person to do this, a handyman possibly. many thanks in advance if anyone knows(sos if i posted this in the wrong place).

Most local plumbers could sort this for you or you could hire the correct drill from a hire shop and DIY. T/Dryer cavity wall ducting is available from most DIY stores, plumbers or builders merchants. Vent hose kits also available in our Shop@ section 😉

cheers for the advice. if i did get a plumber or someone to do it do you reckon it would cost £50 or less?. if anyone knows cheers

Ask your friendly local plumber on the phone. Describe your problem and push him for an estimate?

We are not plumbers on this website I’m afraid so wouldn’t have a clue! 😕

Professional venting through a cavity wall can be very expensive, it may involve Diamond Drilling a 100mm Hole, a simple enough job but the tools required to do it are expensive and as always you need to check thoroughly that you are not going to hit any hazards such as cabling or pipes :zap: best to phone for free quotes
