Couple silly we things

Hi guys . couple things that are bugging me .what is the reason for like soap power marks on clothes .at end of a wash .machine is washing rinsing fine .? And what is best stuff to use to get mold off door seals ? Is it possible ?or just wasting your time ?:(

soap residue on laundry is generally too much soap or overloading with laundry. As for mould its unsightly but not over troublesome if the seal is clean on the surface. I’ve seen lots of ideas bleach, milton fluid, vinegar, brick acid, etc, etc, but if the customer is worried ……..new seal. I did read some time back about someone coming up with an anti microbial rubber what became of this I dont know. Other than that start with new clean seal boil wash regularly and keep dry after use.

Soap on clothes at end can also be caused by letting powder into conditioner compartment when dosing

Another silly question ..what was it for .. remember the old whirlpool diplomat integrated dishwashers .the bottom cover had like a white nut right in center and the other end was shaped like a dart ? What was it for ? As it didn’t even connect to anything ?
