reading other posts about fridge part freezing is it recomended to change both sensor and module.m

depends on the symptons if you tell the cust to turn the machione to the off position and it still runs its the board,generally there are the lights flashing on the front i find it best to change the module first and advise re if the sensor has failed that will be extra for the part.I have only changed 2 sensors and tonnes of boards.
