I had a new NEFF cr17mr02n0b last year and it was not responding to the touchscreen it and
Neff engineer re calibrated it, it has been ok for a year but has started to not respond again. It is still in warranty so i can get them out again but what happens next year ?
will Neff acknowledge the fault. Can i insist the fault is fixed ?
does it need a part changing or is it a software fault
