Hi I have a crack in the internal body of my freezer compartment of fridge freezer, can anybody tell me if this could affect the working of my freezer???

Hi
No this will not have any effect n the running of the appliance but will reduce the life of it as moisture will soak into the insulation.
Turn the appliance off and defrost with the door open for 48hrs,Dry it all off and then fill the cracks with a good quality silicone sealant overlapping the cracks.This will reduce any further moisture into the insulation.
Leave to set for 24hrs then re use as normal.
