Long term users of these machines often complain of creasing but if it has only just started to happen then I would be making sure the timer was switching the heater off for the cool down phase first. The one shot stat would normally trip if there was an overheat condition due to fan failure, or obstructions.
Another possibility to consider is that if the user overdoses the detergent level, items such as bedsheets for example can stick to the drum. Then for best part of half the drying process the sheets are well creased. 🙁
Secondly, and the most common reason, is overloading… my money is on the latter. 😉
thanks for the input guys, i think the problem occurs after spinning, i asked customer to check if hoses were on right way, and am awaiting their response
Two phone calls so far and still no job huh?….Get out there boy! Get them tools on the job….earn a couple of bob getting to the bottom of it? Most jobs can be sussed out over the telephone I agree(the Samaritans do it for free 24/7 after all). 😆
But like Mohammed said to the Mountain….. “stay right where you are and I’ll come to you and see if I can get to the bottom of you’re problem at least?….for a small fee of course”
