I don’t have a Creda manual but as this is a Hotpoint clone, we could possibly narrow it down to a similar Hotpoint model if you can give me the wiring colours, pressure switch terminal numbers and the destination of the wires from the pressure switch.

Hi iadom,

It,s a 2 level P/switch with 8 wires,as follows

Red – p/sw to hot valve
purple /grn – p/sw to heater
red/grn – p/sw to door/sw
blu – p/sw to 3way cold valve
black ps eleven – p/sw to timer edge con 8
white one – p/sw to timer edge con 5
white two – p/sw to timer edge con 7
white four – p/sw to timer edge con 6

red/gn and white one are piggybacked on p/sw

p/sw connections 11,12,14, 31,32,34,36.

Unfortunately none of the WM ones I have a remotely like that I’m afraid.
I went to a 17087 today and made a note of the P/SW wiring just in case bit it was nothing like that. 😥

Also Partfinder lists pressure switch as a 3 level which I would expect with all those connections although the numbers you give don’t tie up with a 3 level switch. 😕
I have made an enquiry to a contact who is going to have a look through his collection. 😉

Here’s the Hotpoint model the pressure switch is fitted to if anyone has the info:

9529A, 9529P, 9529W, 9539A, 9539P, 9539W, 9549A, 9549P, 9549W, 9777P, WM23A, WM23P, WM23W, WM26A, WM26P, WM26W, WM31A, WM31P, WM31W, WM32A, WM32P, WM32W, WM35A, WM35P, WM35W

Part number 1600856.

It’s actually a 3 level (the 3rd being the silent touch contact for flood protection – this will be terminal 36).

The other two levels will be:

Level 1 – common = 11 – 12 and 14 will be n/o and n/c
Level 2 – common = 31 – 32 and 34 n/o and n/c etc.

That may help a bit ?

Numbers don’t match the WM31/32/35 manuals Dave.

The numbers in the Hotpoint manual for those are the usual 11.12.14-21.22.24 & 31.32.34 No #36?

Also checked the manuals for 9529/9539/9549 & 9777 they are all the earlier timer with module clipped at the rear.or side of timer, not the hybrid timer.

Just thinking about this I have fitted the odd pressure switch to this range although not very often. I seem to remember that the replacement pressure switch was a later type that included a few wiring mods, perhaps this machine has the later switch fitted as standard.?

Unfortunately I don’t have the details of the modifications to hand. 😥

Yeah, sorry, the pressure switch is only fitted to later models with the hybrid timer unit.

Order a pressure switch, it may come with the diagram as part of the mod 😉

Not really Alan, that timer or its replacements fit well over 30 different models.
